Please fill out the downloadable Membership Application Form and return by mail or by fax to Empire One. Following approval, members can choose to pay their Membership Fees either monthly or annually.

Founding members will receive additional club privileges and bonuses, including added points, extra mileage and delivery discounts. Memberships are moving quickly, please contact Empire One directly to enquire about Founding Memberships.

Please note: We operate a short waiting list to ensure a manageable member to car ratio. On approval, payment of the Membership Fee will guarantee a member’s place in the car club.
